Dear Jeff, Doug, Terri, Bob, and everyone at Woodstone Custom Homes:

This letter of thanks to the Woodstone Team is long overdue.  We wanted you to know that after being settled in our new home for nearly 9 months, we couldn’t be happier. 

The entire building process – from design to final walk-though - was far easier than we anticipated.  We credit the people at Woodstone for this pleasant experience.  Everyone at Woodstone was committed to addressing our new home needs during the course of the construction.  The level of personal involvement by Jeff and Terri, as well as the timeliness and frequency of communications, exceeded our expectations.  It also greatly reduced the stress that can go along with building a new home.  We never had to wonder what was going on with our construction, because we always knew.  There were no surprises.

We were equally impressed with each of Woodstone’s vendors and workmen.  Friendly and helpful doesn’t begin to describe the way in which these professionals dealt with us during the course of construction.  These people are clearly dedicated to Woodstone and its clients, and take pride in their workmanship.

Our home was completed on schedule and met our specifications in every detail.  We are proud to own a Woodstone home and will gladly share this opinion with any potential Woodstone client.   Thank you again for your service and professionalism.  We wish you health, happiness and prosperity in 2002.

We've come a long way since that cold windy day in March when we stood on top of the !ridge and tried to visualize how our home would be. Any doubts we may have had have been completely erased as we can finally sit back, relax and enjoy the views. As homeowners with little building experience, it is difficult to convey our thoughts and ideas, but you and each contractor took the time to listen and create exactly what we had in mind. The pride each has in his workmanship is truly apparent and makes us feel you cared about the finished product as much as we did. Without your knowledge, attention to detail and skills along with tremendous patience and constant cheerfulness we would not have ended up with such a beautiful end result. A year ago we relocated to Rochester, and were fortunate to find the lovely home that we now live in. During our one-week house-hunting trip we were surprised by the many homes that were on the market. However, none compared to the quality of design and workmanship found in Woodstone Homes. Jeff, You should know simply how happy we are with our home.  It is absolutely beautiful, marvelously well built, and as comfortable as can be.  We do a great deal of entertaining and we are very proud.  You should be as well.   

The neighborhood is wonderful.  We have put together a directory; we have enjoyed various gatherings, and we have scheduled several upcoming festive events at different homes.  One of our Moms is going to have surgery and we have a dinner schedule set to help their family.  So, that is our/your neighborhood.  I though you might want to know that this is a wonderful, caring group of people.
